F1 paddock, first pictures.....

There is great excitement in the paddock where the eleven teams participating in F1 testing (1-3 May) are working to get ready for the race at Mugello. Large trucks are positioned in front of the box, while the hospitalities make a fine display waiting to welcome guests.
Tomorrow it will be the Ferrari Passion Day, dedicated to Ferrari's supporters as they prepare for a memorable day.

F1 drivers line up: April, 28th

Webber for Red Bull Racing, Alonso (Ferrari), D'Ambrosio (Lotus F1), Rosberg and Schumacher for Mercedes GP, Bianchi for Force India: Turvey and Paffett for McLaren, Kobayashi (Sauber), Vergne (Toro Rosso ); Bottas (Williams), Gonzalez (Caterham F1), Pic (Marussia F1). Here is the list of drivers expected on the track on May 1,  the opening day of the official F1 testing at the Autodromo Internazionale del Mugello. A line up quite as important as that of the next day.
On the second day, in fact, Webber and Vettel will take turns leading the Red Bull, as well as Vergne and Ricciardo with Toro Rosso as Pic and Glock with F1 Marussia. Massa for Ferrari, Paffett for McLaren, Schumacher for Mercedes, Raikkonen with Lotus, Di Resta (Force India), Kobayashi (Sauber), Senna (Williams), Petrov (Caterham) complete the circle of participants.
On May 3, the final day of F1 testing, the 5245 meters of the technician track will be engaged Alonso (Ferrari), Vettel (Red Bull), Turvey (McLaren), Rosberg (Mercedes), Grosjean (Lotus), Hulkenberg (Force India), Perez (Sauber), Ricciardo (Toro Rosso), Maldonado (Williams), Kovalainen (Caterham), Glock (Marussia).
A total of 13 drivers will race May 1, 14 May 2 and 11 May 3.
The program may vary due to decisions of the Team

Alonso and Massa will be present, we wrote it, but the other drivers which are the news? The pieces are put in place, perhaps some last minute changes is always possible, but tomorrow we will be able to give a comprehensive picture of the three days of testing.

Ferrari in a full force

Ferrari has confirmed the program for next week's test at Mugello, where Fernando Alonso will work in two of three days.  This collective session, will hit the track all teams, except Hispania Racing Team. Alonso will be on track on Tuesday and Thursday, Massa will drive the F2012 on Wednesday.

Maisano leader nei "Winter test days"

E' di Brendon Maisano (Prema Powerteam) il miglior crono assoluto dei Winter test days organizzati da Marzi Sport e che si sono da poco conclusi all'Autodromo del Mugello. Una giornata di prove decisamente impegnativa per team e piloti per via delle condizioni climatiche opposte che hanno caratterizzato la prima e la seconda sessione. La pioggia è stata protagonista della prima, ma le qualità dell'asfalto del circuito hanno permesso ai piloti di provare regolarmente ed alla fine il più veloce è stato Nicholas Latifi (BVM Target) per quanto concerne la F3. Giada De Zen è, invece, la leader in Formula Renault e Luca Ghiotto ha primeggiato in Formula Abarth. Sole e pista asciutta per la sessione pomeridiana di prove che hanno visto protagonista assoluto Maisano in F3 (suo il miglior crono di categoria e quello assoluto). Nella Formula Abarth, invece, il miglior tempo è di Bruno Bonifacio e Vicky Piria guida la classifica in Formula Renault.

Hamilton on track?

Even Lewis Hamilton could be the game to the test of 1-3 May. "I need to get back on the car because we need to understand why we could not make the tires in Bahrain. Also, if there will be new to evaluate, I want to be doing," said the Englishman to the Daily Telegraph. News that does nothing but confirm the importance of next week's test in which, initially, the McLaren had given the names of Paffett and Turvey, the two testers.
